sweet potato casserole

3 pounds sweet potatoes- cooked
1/3 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup evaporated milk
1 Tablespoons butter melted
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
2 eggs


Topping:
1/3 cup flour
2/3 cup brown sugar
1/8 tsp salt
2 TBSP butter melted
1/2 cup chopped pecans

Heat oven to 350. Mix first 7 ingredients together.  In seperate bowl mix topping ingredients. Spread on top. Bake for 25-35 minutes.  Let sit for 10 minutes before serving.
