3 Tbsp Cumin
2 Tbsp Chili Powder
1 tsp Onion Powder
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1/4 tsp Cayenne
1 Tbsp Salt
2 Tbsp Pepper
Mix and store in an air-tight container.
Tips:
I use about 1-3 Tbsp of this mix on each pound of meat. Adjust for your tastes.
