carrot cake

2 eggs
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup white sugar
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tablespoon vanilla
1/8 cup oil
1/4 cup applesauce
1/2 cup wheat flour
1/2 cup white flour
1/4 tsp salt
1 1/2 c grated carrots
optional- 1/2 cup raisin or 1/2 cup pecans

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 8X6 pan. Cook for 30-40 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
