1/4 c oil
1/2 c soy sauce
1/2 c onion, chopped
2-3 garlic cloves or 1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 c brown sugar
2-3 tsp ginger (optional)
Put chicken in marinade for 4 hours. Cook in a crockpot, a pan or grill.
Serve with broccoli or mixed vegetables and rice.
