2 cups cauliflower
2 tsp minced garlic
1/2 tsp salt
2 Tbsp butter
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup mozzarella or nutritional yeast- optional
Put all ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Simmer for 15 minutes or until cauliflower is fork tender. Pulverize with a blender or immersion blender. Serve over pasta.
