Spaghetti sauce

 1 1/2 lb ground beef

2 Tablespoons oil

1 medium onion

2 garlic cloves

2 bay leaves

1 tsp oregano

1 tsp basil

1 tsp Italian seasoning

1 tsp salt

1 6 ounce can tomato paste

2 16 ounce cans tomato sauce

1 28 ounce can diced tomatoes

8 ounces mushrroms

Brown ground beef, onion and garlice and drain. Add seasonings and tomatoes. Stir and bring to a simmer. Cover and simmer for 1 1/2 hours
