White Bean and Chicken Soup

1 Tbsp olive oil
1 medium onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
2 chicken breasts, cooked and chopped
1 (16 oz) pkg frozen white corn
2 (15 oz) cans Great Northern beans, undrained
1 (7 oz) can diced green chilies
½ tsp cumin
½ tsp oregano
3 cups chicken broth
2 Tbsp lime juice

In a large pot saute onion and garlic in olive oil. Add remaining ingredients. Stir until blended. Bring to a boil, then turn heat to low and simmer for 20-30 minutes. Serve with grated cheese, plain yogurt, salsa, green onion or tortilla chips.
