Chicken & Sugar Snap Stir Fry


4 chicken breasts cut into bite-sized pieces
1 onion chopped
 6 carrots peeled and sliced
8 oz sugar snap peas
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp sugar
4 tsp light soy sauce
1 dash of pepper
2 tsp corn flour
1 egg white
2 tbsp sesame oil

Combine all ingredients in crock pot and cook on low for 5 hours. Serve over rice.
