Beef Stroganoff

1 pound stew meat

1 medium onion chopped

1/4 cup butter

2 Tablespoons flour

1 tsp salt

1 tsp garlic salt

1/4 tsp pepper

1 can mushrooms

1 can cream of chicken

1 cup sour cream

Brown stew meat. Add the rest of the ingredients except for sour cream to your crockpot. Cook on low 6-8 hours. When ready to serve stir in sour cream. Serve over rice of noodles.
