Waffles

2 eggs
1 cup wheat flour
1 cup white flour
1/2 cup oil
1 3/4 cup milk
1 tbsp brown or granulated sugar
4 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt

Heat waffle iron. Beat eggs with hand beater until fluffy. Beat in remaining ingredients until smooth. Bake on waffle iron.
